its uh, quite worthless and I think u got it from an event, im fairly sure this thing isnt worth 15~ stacks of le lol

 

It's far from being worthless. It's one of the most rare collectibles in the game. (there is like 10 or less of it)
I never said I wanted to sell it for 15 stacks of LEs either. I'm open to negociations.
