    Yeah, I was suprised wuth how easy they were to find. Found all but 2 without help.

    Also, it’s intresting how the desert discoveries have more plot than the plains ones.

    They're definitely relatively easy to find, but I think that's a good thing - I'm sure the vast majority of casual players never find any of the Plains secret discoveries. And the Desert discoveries are extremely well-designed too.

    If you want to find discoveries, all you have to do is think "Should there be random particles here? Why is this thing not like the surrounding things? What do I do with this item? Was this place here last update?"
    really easy that way

    Some NPCs might also give clues, so random NPCs that talk about things in the world might be informing you of nearby discoveries.
