Haven't played in a while, and the update brought me back.
This is what I'm currently rolling with, and I need some major improvements for it, no mythics :v.
I have a 23 LE and a white horse I'm going to sell to use as my budget.

Also, if possible, could you put prices on the items in this build?

 

4LE MAX for the memento, try to get 4/4
Diamond Hydro Bracelet and Necklace are total 48EB.
Nepta get 2/4 or 3/4 MR, and high int, 10LE max I guess.
So thats a total of 14LE 48EB, I don't know aquamarine prices but go for high int and 3/4 MR.
