Yeah, a bunch of these exist.
One in one of the mini-graveyard next to ancient Nemcrat and Saint's row.

I call them "mini-dungeons" because they are pretty much them: Some combat, exploration and such for a small reward. (They usually have a high-tier chest in the end)

 

I think I've found like 5 of them. They always contain a tier 3 or 4 chest.

 

As you may have heard, lootruns were broken because of this but it was for the greater good of not getting a goddamn ton of loot, but hey they now have ingredients inside them and they're hidden more thoughtfully, a pirate wouldn't leave a chest unguarded nor would a dead knight leave his attire to be robbed by an unworthy thief.

 

Ive found 7 t3/4 chests in molten... I will bring back the loot run

 

There should be more or less the same amount of loot chests all throughout wynn. They are all just moved into caves like these which are meant to be a more planned out bit of content, kinda like a mini dungeon, in order to make the world more interactive and less, "Here's a room with 50 mobs and a chest." Which is very basic and not well planned. Most areas, for example the desert, have at least 3 of these caves but some have up to 10 so go nuts finding them all.

 

I assume the desert area does actually have more than 3 T3/T4 loot chests right? (there were nearly dozen between the desert and the canyon area when I ran through a few months back)

 

I really don't know exactly how many are in each area, if there are less more will be added in the future.
