    tbh it is kinda broken if it does cuz the downside of xp armor is that its hard to fight in so if it does affect something that for the most part isn't super dangerous and doesn't require you to fight, that basically mitigates the downsides of xp gear, but without any xp bonus for professions it gets pretty tedious and stuff for the players. imo a system similar to loot bonus on loot chests should be added to balance that out
