Guide Farming Spot Lvl 1-30

I was looking around for some good Grinding Spots for Gathering and found a really good one for Farming.
The Spot im talking about is called Durum Isles. Here is where it is located:



The Spot holds everything from Wheat to Barely, Oats and Malt at a reasonable amount as you can see here:






Also there are no hostile mobs so if you are at a low level, fighting will not be an issue!

I really like how Durum Isles is now actually a breadbasket, instead of just being stated so in the lore.
