Level Cap And Exp Boost

apparently some people on discord said they were boosted from lvl 100 with a few % to 102 on this update
but i was already 101 and i only got boosted to 50%, no more levels, is that right?

the way it was done was, if you havent hit 101 but got enough xp it will level you to 102 if you hit a mob. but if youre 101 it will keep you there

i logged on with wynn exp and that only said i had 15% xp to 101, but then i logged on with vanilla 1.13..
and now im 102

Level 100s sometimes getting boosted higher than 101s was a bug, jp fixed it recently so presumably that's why you're now 102.

 

then 100-102 is rly 138m xp?

 

No, but XP beyond what is needed to reach the new 102 wasn't counted. 100 to 101 and 101 to 102 are probably around 10-12 million each.

Not sure, but possibly because there's still some content at level 103 to be unlocked, and that was the reasoning behind not boosting people with a bunch of extra XP.

101 is the last level that gives sp.
