I've been thinking about this for at least a month or two now, and today I was lying in bed when I finally decided that I should just post this here and get it over with.

There's not really a point to divulging my full life story both in Wynncraft and in real life here, because most of you either don't care or can figure enough of it out anyway, and it's all just really unnecessary because...well, I think I was going to be redundant there, so I'll stop.

For a good year and a half, "inactive" has been pretty much the #1 word for defining my presence on this site, and I'm not going to go into detail on why (it's kinda personal, and even making this thread is already going over my current communication-of-thought quota), but my activity here has been limited to maybe a dozen posts a year, and there's not been enough meaningful participation on my part to really justify how much time I'm putting into all this, so I'm just going to make it formal and say I'm quitting, because, you know, closure.

No, I'm not doing this due to the update or something (I don't have anything against it), but because of the reasons I stated last paragraph. In terms of what I'm going to do afterwards, I doubt it's going to be different other than not really checking this place as much anymore. For all I know, I'll wake up tomorrow and decide that posting this thread wasn't a good decision and return to the status quo, but just for confirmation or whatever I'll say that it likely wouldn't be the best idea to expect much from me (it never really was, but that's not the point).

If you'll be looking to contact me for whatever reason, you're out of luck, because there aren't any contactable sites I visit much anymore (except this one?) and I probably won't have the answer you're looking for anyway.

In terms of the ongoing projects I have here (Scourge, WM2), I...don't know what to do with those. Much of what drove me to this point was the difficulty in progressing with either of those, and I don't know if this thread is a turning point or their deathbed (or both). Although I'm giving up on this forum (for now, at least), I haven't quite given up on those.

Given that I can't come up with anything else to say, I'll leave it at that. I hope you enjoyed reading that mess of a thread I wrote in 5-10 minutes, and farewell for now.

 

Wynn mafia was a ton of fun. How long ago was it? 1.5 years? Feels like forever.
