    Does anyone have info on the base values? I've heard it increases at higher levels, but can't seem to find anything more than that.

    a wand at level 77 crafted using 1 star materials has 254 durability
    using 3 stars, it has 354

    i hope this helps somewhat

    Nice, so I think I can reasonably assume that 2 star materials yield 304 durability. Are the damages (or anything else) on these two wands any different?

    I can't check right now, but i think the stars only affect durability, so same damage for both

    Credit to @Dondasch, he told me that the base durability for Amour pieces was ~420 ish, when using Tier 3 materials
