As much as your self-made title of "disrespectfully disagreeing" would convince me not to bother responding to your concerns, I'd like to clarify a point for others who don't understand why donations to the server are necessary in the first place.

Running a server (especially of this scale), requires money to upkeep. Specific numbers on the cost of upkeep for wynncraft are not made public as far as I'm aware, but there is a cost for hosting services and that money has to come from somewhere. Almost all servers thus opt for a store where you can purchase a wide range of functional and/or cosmetic perks and features that enhance or unlock gameplay. This, inevitably, leaves players without the financial capability to make such purchases worse off than players with a few (or several) dollars to spare.

That being said, this is a necessary evil if the server is to remain running. If a store did not exist, the owners would have to either rely on purely good-spirited donations, pay out of pocket, or, in the worst case, make the server entirely pay-to-play (whitelist only players who pay a subscription cost). Out of those options, it should be clear why a server store tends to be the most popular option to keep servers funded.

Tbh I think none should get 0-1 market slots because the market doesn’t really give much of an advantage it just makes selling easier

 

Nah, it really helps a lot. 0-1 is a huge disadvatage, since nonranked players have to use the old method of selling stuff, which is less efficient, and so make less emeralds - thus they are disadvantaged in that case.

Although 5 is a good number in my opinion and the benefits for the ranks don’t lock features out, or even cause large restrictions for normal players.

You're literally allowed to play and enjoy the ENTIRE Wynncraft server for FREE. If they wanted to, they could make it pay-to-play, but they gave you the ability to play their entire experience with no mandatory charges. So don't get upset when they give a nice little "thank you" in the form of a few extra perks to players who care enough to actually support the server. The owners need money too, and without donations, the server would ultimately get shut down due to a lack of ability to maintain upkeep.

 

Yeah, I'd love if someone could make a video on the new marketplace update. Really wanna see how it works.

I'm of the opinion that the Profession Speed Bomb and Bank Slots difference are actually too p2w, but whatever.
