Assassin/Ninja Help Thundra Ripsaw Build

I'm not even sure if this is even a good weapon, but I've always wanted to have a thunder assassin, and I don't have the resources to obtain hive dag and 5 T6's (not that i want it with the nerf coming up oof) nor a cataclysm, so this is all I got.

I wasn't able to make a decent nor functional build with this one, so if someone knows a good one, please put it here. If by some obscure reason if this could actually solo LI, that build would be appreciated.

I understand cata and hive are better but I have good reasons why I'm not using them

 

hive dagger nerf brings you down by like 500 spins, so now you're only around 1.5k spins higher than thrunda ripsaw bad dagger
