Can I Use Mods Like Rei's Minimap

I am a person with a bad sense direction and i wanna know with i can use mods like reis minimap to make my gameplay easier

 

If the mob radar and cave maps are off, I think it’s allowed.

HOWEVER
Players
Underground maps (caves)
Chests
And mobs all must be turned off
Honestly the whole players one seems a bit stupid to me except outside of duels and the nether but a rules a rule. Like a lot of people play with friends and between the map size and complexity combined with horses, mobility spells and most of us being stupid it's very easy to lose people xD

 

im pretty sure some mobs like the guards or humans count as players? so if there are any secret ones you won't see them on the minimap

A lot of the guards are armour stands I think. And back before I realised it was bannable I had players on to see friends and only remember seeing actual players. this may have changed since that was as a while ago and a lot of the game has changed since then by most of the additions are armour stands

humans as in like the npcs that look like players ie eltom and stuff. thats why i thought guards and the like would be considered players but again idrk lmao
