Archer/Hunter Help Looking For A Walk Speed Build!

Im not a good build creator so i need help with these kind of things...
Looking For:
High Walk Speed
Stable Defense
Stable Damage
and of course usable
Extra Info:
an Air Weapon is prefered but not required
i want to still be able to have high Agility if its an air weapon so i can do good damage, but also not required
also stable health/regen

 

set text colour to None please this is unreadable on night mode
also is strati fine you didnt mention a budget

 

if you decide to include stratiformis, please include a possible substitute for it, as i've never found a mythic, and i dont have much LE

the downside it has is its mana regen.
and this build doesn't work so well in a small space like when fighting on ToA or hive
