I dont think this has anything to do with how good the boots are.
More then, actual its stated, this is because of how over supplied they are in the economy for the amount of demand they have.

I don't think so... Mythics prices are still based how good and useful the mythic is not how rare they are.

Also... Warchief is one of the most common mythic items from Lootrunning which means that people can find them pretty fast again.

It is almost impossible to defeat this disgrace.
