    wtf lol again with the reqs
    >no -ls or -hpr as mage
    >melee damage on nepta
    >good mana steal with your 3mr super fast weapon
    >no mythics like what would you even use youve already specified the weapon and no boots work with it

    at least youve upgraded from questless rainstorm

    what are these reqs? why mana steal on a super fast weapon?
    also whats with the 2 t4 water powder requirement
    and also why melee damage?

    As others have said, -ls and -hpr for the most part are fine as mage because you have heal (especially since this is a water build, which water % damage and hp boosts your healing), but here's a build regardless https://wynndata.tk/s/0FuTIP.
    Also, prefix Mage/Dark Wizard->Mage/Dark Wizard help.
