   When i reply to someone and change the comment a little bit does it alert him again?
   Ex:
   Person A: "Hi!"
   Person B: Replies to him with "Hello :"
   It alerts person A.
   Person B: Change the reply from "Hello :" to "Hello :D"
   Does it alert person A again?
