What Would Happen If You Had Less Than -100% Xp Bonus?

I don't believe this is possible yet, but with ingredients like this it will be:

What would happen? Does experience gain have an lower bound of 0? Would you lose experience? Would it be possible to have negative experience towards a level or even revert in level?

 

I'd assume it would just give 0 xp not make you lose xp.

Fun fact; it actually is possible right now to do so. If you have the worst possible roll (8%) for the entire jester set and put it on, you will have -68% xp bonus. Put this with the Lethe if you get the worst possible xp bonus roll (-32%) and you are dead on -100% xp bonus. Shimmersight can then be used regardless of roll to be between -107% to -113% xp bonus. Using same hive division items at the same time might also significantly drop your xp bonus, but I am unsure.
