Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need Build

My friend needs a build, cause he is hitting soon 100. Requirements: budget is 3-5 stacks. Not glassy, please. No diamond li items. (Cybel is so annoying.) Qira is allowed. Mythics allowed too.(See the budget) And he prefers high health and average-high dmg meteors. Hope it doesn't have too much requirements lol.

 

I don't know what mythics are within a 3-5 stack budget (outside of the low level ones and warchief) so I'm just not going to include them.

If you want a nice mythic build, Monster is pretty nice and theres a few of them in the market rn. Theres lots of builds for monster but it does generally well in tankiness and damage. Can't think of any off the top of my head but if i come across a good one I will provide.
