    Nobody uses it for serious builds. It was meant to be a joke item, and it probably never will be balanced

    Salted made it from what I hear. And Salted keeps it intact.

    If the damages were, say, doubled, I think it could be used. Possibly.

    I used it for LI challenge before


    Might work with rainbow build (since you'll get some rainbow def from it)

    Myself and the IMs have wanted to buff Pandemonium for a very, VERY long time. Salted specifically disallows us from doing so.
