Ct Team Item Editor

Hello,

I wanted to know how the CT team do to make the items lores and names be of differents colors and formatting. From what I've seen, you need MCEdit to do it "normally", and while I'm sure there's better ways to do it, I don't know how.

So I want to know if the CT team use a tool, and if so, is it available for anyone ? And if not, what alternatives there is to it.
