Tier 3 And 4 Chests Removed In Hero Beta

I heard someone say about tier 3 & 4 chests being removed in the hero beta so chest running will be useless

Is it true?

 

All current chests have been moved around
New chests were added

 

I’m not sure about this but i think most of the tier 3 and 4 chests were moved to be in a cave or in a small place with a puzzle so if you want to open tier 3 or 4 you’ll need to go n a cave or solve a puzzle.

 

Were the ones that were already difficult to get also moved?

Turns out lootchests can actually be cleverly hidden now, you can find rocks with a button that have lootchests hidden beneath them

 

Do they like move or something then because I don’t see how that would ruin loot runs

 

To be honest, I don't know but chances are they probably won't be going anywhere

 

Yeah I’m not gonna panic sell my loot set I guess we will see

 

I did the usual corkus lootrun on the beta and about 90% of the chests were gone, it consists of around 50~ t3+ lootchests so yeah they either got moved or deleted. I think corkus is the best lootrun right now? I guess everyone will be in rodoroc again after 1.18..

 

They also changed how the chests worked.
Time no longer effects the loot BUT the chests respawn more often.

Yeah. They always could. Now there is just a higher chance.
Last year or so there was a bunch of chests that would automatically respawn in corkus and someone just farmed the crap out of it and got an apoc.

 

Damn I guess this’ll really change up the whole market and the crafted stuff
