Yes, totally aware of that. Yet I think it's not an effective way of sharing/getting reaction on things. People check forums more than they check profile posts.
This is getting off-topic tho.

 

you either get nobody looking at your post or people criticising you for not posting it on your profile

 

This is better as a profile post, we don’t need threads like these clogging up the forums when they could be better situated somewhere else.

Tbh I'd rather see threads like these posted on this forum section than see said forum section half-dead. These threads somewhat fall under the category "mildly interesting", showcasing one's achievement which they deem good enough to post a thread to show people what they did and get suitable reactions. Instead on almost every thread here I see people yelling them to post on their profile. Please, do you even know what type of thread constitutes as a profile post and what is not? Threads like these aren't uncommon on many videogame forums, and 2012-2016 Wynncraft Forums were pretty much filled with these threads every few days. Times have changed and the community is constantly evolving so I understand the mindset change too, but as a server and forum veteran I find absolutely zero need for the same people to police every thread on this section in order to determine if its a "profile post" or not, so stop. Next time congratulate them instead, it helps them and helps yourself too.
