    In the past, you used to be able to purchase pets with real life money, and those pets would fight mobs for you. Those are likely the against-EULA companions people are referring to.

    the reason there aren't pets now is because of AFK farming afaik
    basically where you're afk and your pets can keep killing stuff for you while you don't do anything

    "Mooney" but you said in-game money, do you mean cosmetic pets like from crates or actual pets that fight? Cause those are against the EULA
