    Why such updates happen on winter everytime?
    - which causes wynnter fair canceled

    If they tried to rush it out, it would fail like last time. Either it will come in around January, or it would be just a few new NPCs among all the others like last year.

    Yeah with the whole 1.18 it would most likely be rushed and most people would rather a sooner and less bug filled update then a rushed and messy Wynnter fair
