How Fast Does Health Regen?

So if i have 50 health regen, does that mean i regenerate 50 health per minute or per (Insert time frame here). just curious

 

Both health regen and mana regen tick every 4 seconds. Where they differ tho is that mana regens during combat, while health does not.

In this case, having 50 health regen will regen you 50 health every 4 seconds.

 

Unless u have health regen % which will then change it*

But yeah it procs once every 4 seconds for as long as you don't get hit
