Assassin/Ninja Help Thrunda Ripsaw

so I've already got the build I want, however I'm positive it's bad. I want to change golden scarab to beetle aegis and switch out brainwash for Anima-Infused helmet once I beat Hive.

The main issue is that it's very glassy. Also honestly royal stormy is better because it gives 1/4s mr. The mana sustain is kind of low to. Swapping brainwash to Anima and scarab to beetle is partially a bad idea in this case, as it loses any mana sustain it might've had before, but it does improve defenses to an extent. Here's some random thrunda ripsaw builds though (not including LI items since I'm assuming if you still need to do hive you haven't been able to do LI yet but correct me if I'm wrong).
Keep in mind these are for if you beat Hive though.

Generally speaking, infused hive dagger thunder powdered is overall better than thrunda ripsaw, hence the reason ripsaw is looked down upon by players.

 

oh thx. I'm prob going to use the Bpa+Asphyxia build since I find it's dmg, health, and mana to be rather nice.

 

By the way, would Golden Scarab work as a replacement for Bpa until I beat hive?

 

It could but then air def becomes kind of annoying (as bpa cancels that -air def pretty effectively). I suggest using *2 puff instead of *2 finesse for that reason https://wynndata.tk/s/TvXIoc. The air def is still in the negatives, but with *2 puffs it goes from -160 ish to -100 ish so it's fine. If you just powder your defenses air momentarily then you could keep using finesse though.
