I have never seen a build with nether's scar create any build with it because i don't know what was intended for the item

https://wynndata.tk/s/7ujS4J 11/4ms + 1k lifesteal super slow chains (atlas buff), after byte changes hp will be 9900. can use rune of safe passage (will reach 10.7k hp), some agi (also sp tight and unpowdered armor)
