When I Join In A Wolrd, My Minecraft Crashed Out

Yeah, a couple months ago i try to enter a dungeon, but suddenly my minecraft crashed out.
I try open the game again, and do /kill, but when I entered the world, after 3s my minecraft Crashed again.
Please, help me, beacause this problem just ocurred in the Rpgmmo server, on Nether (pvp) my minecraft do not crash.

If you are using 1.13.x, please use 1.12.x for now and let me know if that worked. Right now there is an issue with 1.13 that causes problems.
In case you are not using 1.13, please give us more details about the issue.

 

Im using 1.12.2 righ now, i guess is the dungeon, but i cant go to spawn or do /kill
