Mage/Dark Wizard Help Fire/air Spell Tank?

I tried but i don't think monster melee is possible

So I've turned back to fire/air spell.
But... monster is tank weapon. Phoenix wing even more so.

So i created this build, probs not very good.
Basically a fire/air spell with some tank involved (for LI)

It's gone through 4 revisions since the making of this thread, giving it more dmg and leeway on skill points. Thinking the diamond solar could go, but not sure what to replace with... scratch that just revised it again. There is probs more to improve but if this is finished I shall see if this is LI soloable!
