Mage/Dark Wizard Help Solo Li Spam Spell Needed

Hello, I need a good li build that fits these requirements thank you.

• Must have 11k health
• No mythics
• No li gear coz I suck
• Must be able to spam meteor
• Must have good damage

after byte nerfs, you can swap out on of them for finesse for more spell damage (to get the juicy 10k) and also more sp

assuming you don't have level 101 (which op doesn't), you'd need 20int 3eye, 9sp finesse, 8int reminder, 9 int capri, 5 dex euouae, and with capri+euouae having enough agi (which is likely but a 6 agi euouae + 3 agi capri doesn't work)

Works with level 100 if you have a -10 or -11 Agi and +10 or greater Asphyxia. 15 Int Third Eye is helpful though.

Don't use my first one, the other three are all fine. For LI, I would recommend mine because you can dual-wield Nepta and still get 8k meteors.
