Hello, recently I've been experiencing a lot of lags on the wynncraft servers, am I the only one, or is it a problem on the server side?

I've been experiencing this for the last like 5-6 days, I didn't download anything during those days, didn't change any settings anywhere.

It happens mostly everytime I enter Rodoroc or Qira's Hive, maybe it's just a coincidence, but It didn't seem to happen so often anywhere else.

My connection to other minecraft servers is just fine and also other multiplayer games are not laggy for me at all, also my internet browser is working fine.. I tried testing my ping during these lags on the server, and I never got above 100 ping, also tried to turn off everything else other than Minecraft, still didn't change anything. I'm also from the Czech Republic, if that helps.

Also by lags, I don't mean like 3 seconds delay when typing, I mean like trying to move with a horse, and suddenly I teleport 30 blocks and end up in the lava that kills me at mach speed. (This already happened to me twice at Rodoroc :D )

edit: Also I play on version 1.12.2, but I also tried 1.13.1 and I use optifine on both versions and Wynn Expansion only on 1.12.2

I didn't try deleting Minecraft, but I'll try it today

Recently I've been playing on 1.11.2, still experiencing issues, I'm not sure if I want to go even lower on the versions (even though everybody says the lower version you use, the better..)

Unless you have any modpacks you use for wynn you might as well. Just to see if it works as opposed to just reinstalling your client.

    Hello,

First of all i want to state that wynncraft does not endorse the usage of mods (Wynn Expansion for example). That being said, optifine is known to cause problems when playing wynncraft, so does 1.13. I suggest you play on a 1.12 clean client.

If this does not help, perhaps the areas you are talking about just cause heavy load on your pc, and lag occurs. Perhaps try turning off particles (this is if a clean 1.12 client does not work).

Also a quick heads-up on how horses in wynn work. Essentially, there is 2 points of view when traveling on a horse: the first one is what the server sees, it is the movement how it is suppose to be taking into account that the horse responds and moves perfectly to the input the player gives. Here we can speak about server sided. The second one is what the player sees, clientsided so to speak.

When a player experiences lag or has a delayed connection, these two points of view can start to differ, and you might see a place where you are client sided, but server sided you are somewhere else. Thus, fixing your lag will also fix the horse issue

Hope this helps out, good luck.
