SPOILER Secret Feature Also Found In Cinfras

Hello everyone
The secret feature haven't been released to beta yet, but we can locate the spot where it will be added.
So far I have only found the spot in Detlas (as in the trailer) but now also in Cinfras.

I'm not sure but I think there's photos of Rodoroc in the beta photo thread by xSuper_Jx. In one of the photos you should be able to see one of the towers near the bank is gone, replaced by one of these auction houses. It would make sense if every town has its own auction house (except the small towns I guess).

Every time there has ever been a secret feature, nobody could guess it.

Well an auctionhouse wouldn't really work in a hero beta. People probably aren't focussing on trading and are just testing stuff. And keeping something big a secret keeps the hype and discussion up.

 

They didn’t tell us that 1.18 would have professions until a month ago and yet everyone guessed from the teasers that professions would be a new feature

Edit: Oh you mean the teasers but i think that not many people gussed that the only teaser that was a little obvious is the rotten flesh and even with that i don’t think most of us understood what will be coming.

 

Its a corn house, you can go there to buy, sell, and grow corn, but there is a very limited amount of space

 

Well an auction house would change the game market for the good in so many ways that honestly I'm surprised they haven't added one already. It removes the need to make a thread on the forums to properly sell items, as well as sitting in server 1 in Detlas and spamming chat with "selling a shitty Taurus lmao."

The auction house and the professions essentially add an entirely new economy built off of players being masters of a specific few professions and then giving them the ability to sell those high leveled items that only they can craft (because everyone would be a master of different professions, and therefore if they weren't a master weaponsmith and wanted a custom dagger they would need to pay someone else to make that dagger). The possibilities that would be put into Wynncraft with an auction house paired with professions would be endless. Being able to craft a really good item only YOU know the recipe to and selling it through an auction house, people being able to request for a master to craft them a custom item and in turn paying them, etc etc. What could be done with the game market if an auction house were added makes me excited to think about, and only confirms my thoughts that an auction house WILL be added.

(and for why they wouldn't tell us, I don't know, they gotta keep some surprises, right?)

 

Probably a new trading method.
An auction npc when right clicked , u can store ur item with a certain price and leave it there until someone buys it. U get ur emeralds in some mail. You can also cancel and have ur item pulled back from the auction.

adding a auction house is possibly the best thing they could do to this yeah some people will be upset but they will get over it. it's just not fun trying to buy stuff on forums

The real question: where do the new items fit in. Salted keeps mentioning selling the craftable items, so they must have a new way of trading/selling. If it's still the same, then why bring it up?

 

I have a feeling transport may be involved could be a caravan seller or a ticket buyer for getting on a airship of some kind I would like caravans though as it could have space for resource gathering and more seats telling cause that would be loads useful or a chariot for war purposes,but it most likely isn't but I think it'd be a cool feature
