Any Class Help A Build That Kills Weak Attacking Enemies

I am kind of looking for a build that's able to kill weak enemies that attack me, so I don't have to use my weapon. Maybe using reflection/thorns + poison if that works? I have a max poison necrosis and a decent virgo, so if someone could make me a build using these two, would be nice. It should also be a bit on the tankier side if that's possible?
