    Takes advantage of Praesidium's soon-to-be-added massive % elemental defenses. Powder for Rage and you can basically run around at half health to hit 7k melee (if you're going to use rage you'll probably want to fill the extra two slots with Earth as well, to keep good Earth defense). It's not exactly a game-changer, but at least Praesidium is viable for something other than pure tank now.

    (I tried Warchief but it wasn't as powerful as good old-fashioned tier-stacking)
