There is no best.
I know nothing about prices generally speaking because I'm not in the trade market often. However, I will say the dungeon runs/LI runs/Hive items you need to get (hopefully I don't forget something).

Pretty standard thunder build. I used gold static instead of dia static to make it less sp tight and you could swap intensity to gold static or finesse if it's still kind of sp tight.
The custom item is the reworked paradox

A more mana heavy build with elemental defenses (somewhat) and some agility over hp.

To be honest not very optimal and just wanted an excuse to have discharge resistance in here somewhere. However, the build is considerably more expensive than the previous due to the use of slayer.

My attempt of more of a hybrid type build. 10/4s ms at very slow (at super slow if you get a higher -tier for atlas is even better for this since ms/ls procs at lower attack speeds easier) with a fair amount of ls should cause you not to lose any mana while in combat and provides an alternative to heal spell (slightly) when in combat. Outside of combat your mana sustain is terrible due to the lack of mr without a secondary though.

Glass cannon but with actual mana sustain. I wouldn't recommend actually using it, but if you ever get bored go ahead I guess.
It looks really sp tight but you only need a good finesse and shaggy boots. If it still is swap lodestone to gold static/finesse though.

Spoiler: Secondary Weapons

For almost all the builds, I recommend using Nepta as a secondary, as it does water damage and has some mr to help do things Fatal can not, and you have enough sp for it since most builds use dia hydro neck anyways. If you have it, I would also use Bonder, as it is one of the best secondaries for mage due to its lack of sp requirements while boasting a max of 5/4s mr, but it usually does on the lower side of damage. Unfortunately, you can't really do orange wybel atm as he seems to not actually spawn, so you'd have to wait for that to be fixed first. In some of the builds (notably Build #5) you can use KoH (King of Hearts), which provides great healing capabilities and good mr as a secondary due to its Hp/Water Damage %/Lifesteal/mr (for those who don't know, the amount of heals you get is based off your hp/water damage %). I wouldn't say it's as good as Bonder due to the high ish sp requirement (125 total, 75 in intel and 50 in def) instead of no sp requirement, but it's there.

Again, there is no best build. I didn't have warring in mind for any of these builds so I have no clue if they would be viable in them or not. Most of these builds probably aren't as optimal as they could be as well. You could also powder it w6-w6 instead of t6-t6 if you would prefer curse (I wouldn't on #5 though).

you can do dia hydro neck -> gold hydro neck, then finesse -> gold hydro ring, then just put enough int in until you reach 94 (for 3 mana meteors). afterwards, you have more sp to invest into agi, but anything works tbh
