Bob Mythic Not Able To Be Identified?

I have never identified my bob's mythic wand. It does not currently have IDs. But when I go to the identifier, he says "this item cannot be re-identified." What do I do? It's pretty shit if I can't identify my wand.

I think there is a glitch with old Bob’s Mythics (Acquired before Gavel) that causes them to be unidentifiable. Unfortunately you’re going to need to get a different wand.

If you got it after Gavel, I have no idea what’s wrong.
