Archer/Hunter Help Az Build

title and not fire water is fine
i like a bit of speed
lvl 74
skill points need to be good not so there is 10sp left 11 is fine though
and no powders on armour
good spell melee is nice as well i would like to use bane, mask of hate, mask of enlightenment, spectre

let's not get into an argument over how good Divzer is and just give the man an Az build please.

I'm confused by the requirements. People don't powder Az fire/water completely. They powder it for courage/curse, which is much better imo than powdering it full thunder. Also you say not so there is 10sp left, but you also say lvl 74. I'm going to assume you mean not so there is 10sp left at level 74 and not in a wynndata build link. Lastly, do we have to use those 4 things (even though 3 of them are helmets), because bane is pretty sucky, mask of hate and enlightenment are both pretty eh at level 74, but spectre is fine (although there might be better alternatives).
