I lost my original account, but they changed their nickname, if I put the same nick in another account, could I have the same stats ?.

 

No. Data is stored for UUIDs, not usernames

 

Having the same username on a different account will not cause a stats transfer, as they are different accounts. I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to transfer your stats.

No sorry, there is no way to retreive data from a stolen account. If you need any help with some parts of the game tho, ill be glad to get you going again.
