Can't Get The Last Discovery : Mansion Of Insanity

This is odd that I can't get the discovery 'Mansion of Insanity' when I'm right in front of that..

Am I doing something wrong?

 

I think it's because it's not an actual discovery or it is a bug. I just checked myself on my archer I got to 101 before DnD (unfortunately a GG key guard spawned and killed me before I could get the screenshot of me there with it since I was at 1hp thanks -hpr lel).

As shown, when I went there I didn't get the Mansion of Insanity discovery, but I got the Caritat Mansion discovery instead. This could most likely either mean that A. the mansion of insanity discovery is actually the same thing as the Caritat Mansion, just the territory is named different for some reason and it only gives you the world discovery (as some of them do) or B. It's a bug and it's supposed to give you both discoveries but it only gives you one, as it didn't give me the discovery in my book but did give me the caritat mansion one.

 

I'm also missing one territorial discovery, however I think that for some places there is only a world discovery not a territorial. If you look Detlas, Hive, Kandon-Beda and Ahmsord also have this. I am finding also it impossible to find the last territory also though...

It lists every territory that you can discover, and includes ones that are duplicated (both are World and Territorial). Some territories cannot be discovered because they exist already as a World Discovery.
I have 100% discoveries and Mansion of Insanity is not on the list.

 

Doesn't the Mansion have an insane/memory version during the quest? That could be a different *place right?

 

Did you have all discoveries (except one) before the last discover update?

If so, either youre missing Icy Icelands (It was the bugged, and the one that was missing from before) or one of the new ones:
