    Its always safer to warn them before they trade, gives moderators less work.
    Honestly you could still ask for more than 8, it only has 1 reroll and the stats are not that bad. Perhaps ask for around 12

    Yes, as there are low rerolls and decent hp this cata is worth 12 stacks. If you wish, rerolling it would give you a chance at making it worth 6-20 stacks, however risky.

    you can get around 14-15 for it.. that would be the price even with the kinda shitty stats (rerollable)
