A mini event idea
Scavenger hunt: there is a mask merchant in the secret village in pigman's ravine. It is a lot of fun to explore around that area to find the special ingredients to make those masks

 

That would have to be made by the server dev, i don't think it could be suitable as a mini event, maybe it could be used as the large event of october

 

oh, I don't think it needs to be that big. I simply thought that a group of people would head over to pig man's ravine and spend time looking around for the special ingredients (kinda like an Easter egg hunt/scavenger hunt). All you really need to do is post an announcement explaining it.
