    I want this build to use hive wand, if you have an outstanding nepta build feel free to include that too

    Notes:
    I have a godly third eye and memento + a great vaward + libra w/ 10 agi, str, def

    Requirements:
    11-12k meteor
    decent bulk
    good mana
