but with lunar int does matter unless you do some top gamer -tier weapon switching right before every mana tick (though even that might not work as usually your mana gets depleted while your 3rd meteor is falling, and switching would cancel it)

from playing with lunar spine i came to find that during the up-to-4-second interval you have between mana stealing and your -mr taking it away you can fit 3 meteors, a snake/teleport and a heal (placing the snake and heal between the meteors) if you want to fit these within your pool of 20 (+~5 natural i guess) mana you'll need 68 int

anyway how about something like this if you want you can use TWAT for chain lightning but i prefer curse over chains with lunar unless the build has taurus
talking of taurus (no mattering sp rolls so it's perfectly wearable at 101, if youre 100 switch a ring)

idk in my experience i haven't had that many troubles managing mana with only ~60 int
