Id like to see ways on how members of this community find ways to improve themselves as a whole and in their behaviors, mindsets, intelligence and habits & routines.

To participate in this little event all you have to do is leave a message saying how you improved or will improve

look at my grades and realizes they dropped to an A minus lower than i'd like it to be then stop procrastinating until they go back up to the norm then start to procrastinate again and my grades drop again then repeat

i do ff with one of my guildmates or other nerds and taunt them at the end of each parkour section to boost my ego to assert my dominance

do a war with level 50 mobs to pretend i'm good at life

look at my grades then my friends' lower grades (go away english) then realize that they almost caught up and work harder to preserve my superiority wait what

remember how pissed off my teachers would be if i didn't do my homework and stuff

Oh so THAT’S what I’m doing wrong

 

Consider that I’m not dead and even though my grades may not be what I want them to be, I’m still alive and I can still do pretty well in the world since grades aren’t everything (despite what schools tell you)

 

Simply do not listen to news, debate on racial things or even care about racial things, or anything dealing with social justice. Politics are the weird voices in your mind randomly telling you to go insane.

Now, there's gonna be some crazy dude telling you that that's stupid, and as I type this they're about to lecture me on how horrible I am and I'm just ignoring all the worlds problems. Guess what; don't listen. Listen in when new laws in your area are confirmed to be implemented, and make sure you still know what countries haven't gotten nuked, but other than that; ignore all the bs going around about politics; 90% of media, right or left, exaggerate average problems in their favor. You'll find yourself more respectful, more equal to different people, and overall you simply stop caring about the in betweens of anything really.

 

Realize that nothing matters because we’re all just arrangements of nonliving, non unique units of matter and that were only created by coincidence in this cold uncaring universe, and that we share 70% of our DNA with a fucking banana, and usually things seem to matter less.

Once you’ve got that realization, you can do whatever the hell you want.

I see that people are taking this as a joke, I decided to make this a serious thread with some sort of reward instead of a poll thread and I get this. I would really appreciate it if you guys took this seriously

Look at things in perspective.
For example, anyone reading this or on this forum has access to internet and some kind of device (phone, computer, etc.), whereas there are hundreds of millions of people who don't even have access to drinking water or food.
It's easy to believe that our world is ending when we get a bad grade or get rejected by someone and that's fine because everything is relative, but at the same time, we are all truly lucky to be where we are and occassionally need to slow down and appreciate what we have in life.
