Powder Question

    I have a few questions about powders. As far as I could see on the forums you can have multiple powder effects on your armour in total. However, is it also possible to have multiple powder effects on just one armour piece? For example if an item has 4 powder slots can you have concentration and rage on that item?
    Something else that wasn't very clear to me. If you have two different items that for example both have concentration on them, does the effect then get stronger?

    Only 1 special effect per item. And yea, having 4 armours with concentration each will give a stronger effect
