What is the best water wand for an end game mage?

What build are there for said wand?

 

Imo either Infused Hive Wand powdered water, Nepta floodbringer, or if you're lucky/rich Lament (KoH, a.k.a King of Hearts, is good for healing but does practically no damage, so it's only good as a secondary)

is 10k meteors good tho?

10k meteors average is usually regarded as a good threshold for what your meteor damage should be in a mage spell build (maybe excluding some mythics outside of pure, in which higher would be regarded as a good threshold), so I think it's fine. There's almost definitely other good nepta builds, but in order for nepta to hit those higher numbers effectively you need to use gear that has raw spell with it (for example soul signal). I would try and make others right now but I definitely didn't forget to do my chem homework that's due next bell.

It's not that it's really because it's good with mage, it's more because of the weapons themselves. Nepta struggles due to its lower base damage than other wands. In order to get higher damage with that lower base damage, stacking raw spell is the way to improve it. Tidebinder on warrior also works similarly in this way as well. Tbh your better asking someone else how it works, as the extent of my knowledge basically starts and ends with "that is good with this" and have no idea how it actually works, but I'm assuming I'm somewhat on the right track with what I said above.
