Possibility Of Getting A Specific Guild Tag

im assuming asking for a guild tag thats already taken, isnt something thats allowed but hey, doesnt hurt to ask

Dark Emeralds [DEW] only has 1 member, the owner which hasnt been on since the day of the guilds creation (which is almost a year ago), the guild is only level 3, and im confident that it doesnt even have a bank higher than 16k

so what is the possibility of guild being disbanded, so the name and tag are free again, or the tag being changed, and another guild taking the tag, similarly to what happened with Libertas [Lir], and Minerva [Min]

i mean, that would be a good argument if it wasnt for the fact that the only member hasnt been on in almost a year
