Archer/Hunter Help Can Someone Make Me An Op Lev 100 Fire Archer Pls

Hello ,
I came back to wynn 4 days ago and dont know what has changed in 1 and a half year and I want to do an fire archer build but I have no idea.
Does someone knows a good build (I would prefer one with ignis).
Also you can put other elements in it.

^that one looks sp tight but the only roll that matters is on reminder as all the other items that give sp have fixed ids

Actually, the Hellstrand deals bonus thunder damage, so you'd be well off slapping some T6 powders on it to add to the damage.

It's not quite OP, and you may be a little tight on SP because of the Morph-Stardust changes but y'know it sure ain't bad.
