Struggling W/ "eye Of The Storm" Quest

so I'm currently on the eye of the storm quest. when I went into Ceyquin's basement, I was transported to the right place, but it never gave me the option to do the first puzzle, it says "level 2" instead of 1. I completed the puzzle, but the door won't open either. because of this, I can't complete this stage. anyone know how to fix this?

edit: I've also tried purposefully dying and reentering the basement, but it still says im on level 2 when i come back.

 

You have to solve level 2, then the door opens.

 

yeah, I've done that. it shows that i completed the puzzle, but nothing else happens.

 

Try switching servers

 

After Level 2, it should set itself to Level 3, and after that, the door opens.
