Fps Drops After Loading Terrain With The Wynn Rp

the last two weeks I have been having some issue with wynncraft.
whenever I have the resource pack on and I travel to new chunks except for the once I spawn in, I get huge fps drops and until my laptop crashes.
I have tried multiple versions of optifine and normal mc but it all goes the same.
it only happens when I play on wynncraft, pls help me I don't know what to do anymore.

- There is a bug reports section of the forums, you should know that, you have 300+ posts.
- I haven't heard of this bug before
- Try these suggestions from Salted. If they don't work, more information would help:
- How much memory have you allocated to minecraft?
- What is your minecraft version?
- Does your laptop run other games smoothly?
- Does this happen on other servers with custom resource packs?
